Now you are ready to begin this next step......... This will take some time to process, work through......
There are several things you can do...but this is one suggestion.....to assist in the healing process.....
Take a Tarot or oracle card, decide on which spread you want to work with, how many cards? which deck? which theme? etc....
Take your journal write today's date......
Do the spread? write down the cards you have drawn and laid out in spread....... Look at each card.. see how they connect with your situation.....Look at what they are telling you....
What must you start to do? What must you face? Take note of everything you see.....
Now the choice is yours.... Do you stay stuck or do you move forward? Decide and write it down.......
If you choose to Move Forward Then check back here for Page#3 of your Journal in a few days....... after you have started to work towards where you want to go....
But if unsure in which direction you wish to travel.......
